Mindful Parenting with Lisa

Becoming a parent is only the first step! As a midwife and doula Lisa has worked with families for almost 20 years and has witnessed time and again the need for community resources and a village for parents looking to raise their children with the values of compassion, empathy and social justice. This mindful parents group stands as an effort to create opportunity for peer to peer support, connection, information and resource sharing for parents of all ages. In this monthly group Lisa will facilitate conversation about navigating childrearing in an increasingly complex world, and center caring for ourselves and children mindfully and finding balance in our own humanity.

Sliding scale $5-20 per family
